A major fire broke out at a warehouse in the Port of Hamburg on Monday, taking over 20 hours to bring under control. Ten people were injured, including firefighters and civilians, and 25 residents were evacuated. The blaze, believed to have started from a parked vehicle and fueled by exploding gas cylinders, sent thick black smoke over nearby districts and disrupted motorway traffic. By Tuesday, the fire was largely stable but not fully extinguished due to toxic gases, and the extent of damage to the port remains unknown.
